- In-office one-on-one PSTEC or Meridian Tapping Techniques (MTT) / EFT sessions (60 min/ $125)
- Regularly meeting "Borrowing Benefits" group ($ 30)
- MTT introductory workshops
- MTT specialty workshops & seminars (please go to the "Workshops & Groups" section for further information)
- Psych-K (a technique that allows you to release beliefs/ 'install' new ones)
- EMT Eye Movement Therapy
- Spiritual counseling (I am an ordained minister with the Universal Ministries, a non-denominational church)
Please note that our initial session will be 90 min long ($180) so I can understand your personal history, goals and problems. I will explaine the different modalities we are going to use and make sure you know the exact location of all the meridian tapping points. We will then start working on your goals/ issues right away.
Phone sessions:
MTT: I recommend using a headset or speaker phone during our MTT/EFT phone session which enables you to use both hands as well as be on the phone simultaneously.
PSTEC: In order for us to be able to use PSTEC, you will need to have downloaded the free audio click tracks (http://www.pstec.org/pstecupdatesvt.php) and have a means to play and listen to them while on the phone.
Important for you to know:
Naturally, I will bring my expertise as a German naturopath and my basic knowledge of psychotherapy into my work, but I want you to be aware of the fact that I am not licensed as a psychotherapist or naturopath in the United States of America. If you have had severe psychological problems I recommend that you contact a licensed mental health practitioner.
